Our high energy curriculum is designed especially for teens.  Teens workout in a high paced, fun class with their favorite music blasting in the background!    Teens learn martial arts while incorporating a variety of aerial kicks, multiple kicks, mixed martial arts and so much more.  In our multifaceted curriculum teens train with many different weapons and train in the ultimate real life self defense program… TEEN AWARENESS.

          Teen awareness focuses on extreme self-defense techniques and real life scenarios.  The teens will learn to go above and beyond simple self-defense techniques.  We will be focusing on teen-related issues including: kidnapping, gang related multiple attackers, verbal and physical threats, Internet safety, sexual assaults, weapons, and much more scenario based training.  Teen awareness teaches teens life saving techniques especially geared toward this precious time in their life…no parent ever wants their child to be a victim!  Give your teen the skills they need to be safe!
